The temperature for printing polyester fabrics with a heat transfer printer is typically around 200 degrees Celsius. In addition, appropriate pressure and time must be used to achieve the transfer printing.

The core technology of heat transfer printing involves the use of a special ink that can sublime at high temperatures. Under certain conditions of temperature, pressure, and time, this ink sublimates from the printing paper and transfers onto the fabric. Through vaporization and diffusion, it penetrates into the fabric or coating, achieving the desired coloring effect. The printed fabric feels smooth and has no apparent texture.

There are usually four colors: red, blue, black, and yellow, so that people can print various colorful patterns they need. The patterns are rich in layers, bright in color, good in reproducibility, and the images will not fall off, crack or fade.

The patterns are wear-resistant and sun-resistant, so the heat transfer printing products have the advantage of durability. Heat transfer printing is achieved through a heat transfer printing machine, and its working conditions are usually: transfer printing temperature: 200±15℃; transfer printing pressure: 0.5kg/cm2; transfer printing time: 25±15s. The above three parameters can be adjusted according to the actual situation and the effect of transfer printing. Now, heat transfer printing has been widely used in many products:

1.Textile products, such as clothing, shoes and hats, bedding, sofas, floor mats, curtains, gloves, as well as flags and banners used for advertising.

2.Crafts, such as mugs, keychains, mobile phone cases, wooden furniture, and ceramic ware.
