二.The working principle of sublimation paper

 The working principle of sublimation paper is quite simple.  Firstly, the image to be printed is processed and designed through computer software, and then output to a thermal transfer printer.

 Then, the sublimation paper is placed in contact with the surface of the object to be printed. Through the action of high temperature and pressure, the ink in the sublimation paper is sublimated into a gas and bonds with the polymer molecules on the surface of the object. When the ink cools and solidifies, the image transfer is completed.

三.What fabrics can be used for heat transfer printing

 Polyester, silk, chemical fiber can all be used for digital printing with heat transfer printing technology.

(1)Sublimation printing is most suitable for polyester fabrics. The limitation of this process on fabric composition is determined by the dyes used for printing, and the dyes suitable for transfer printing are low-temperature disperse dyes.

(2)When printing patterns on silk using heat transfer printing technology, the colors are more vivid and the color fastness is also high.

(3)The use of thermal transfer printing technology on silk fabrics allows for the printing of finer patterns with excellent printing results.

 Before heat transfer printing on the fabric. Once any defects such as misalignment or color dragging are found, they can be removed at any time.
