 Precautions for nozzle use:

 1.Do not install or disassemble the circuit of the digital printing machine randomly when the power switch is not turned off and the main power is not cut off, as it may damage the service life of each system and endanger the nozzle.

 2.Whether it is replacing or fine-tuning the nozzle during use, do not use brute force. Replace or fine-tune the nozzle according to the specifications in the instrument manual.

 3.Do not mix two kinds of ink with different configurations during use. Different inks have different proportions of raw materials. Using two different inks will change the color and quality of the ink. Ink with unqualified quality will directly affect the printing effect and cause nozzle blockage.

 4.Do not remove the nozzle from the printer and place it alone, especially in dusty places. The moisture contained in the ink will gradually evaporate, and the drying ink will cause nozzle blockage. If nozzle blockage occurs, it should be cleaned before use.

 5.Nozzle cleaning solution has certain corrosivity. It is recommended to take an appropriate amount of capacity and pour it into the nozzle for cleaning during the process of cleaning the nozzle with cleaning solution.

 Causes of nozzle failure:

 Common nozzle blockage is due to the accumulation of ink to a certain extent in the nozzle, causing the nozzle holes to be blocked. Ink is a kind of liquid that is easy to evaporate and is volatile in the air, resulting in the precipitation of solid substances. The ink must evaporate into the air to dry the image. When the nozzle sprays onto the fabric, there will always be some ink left around, and this ink will gradually make the nozzle holes smaller or even block them after drying in the air.
