Small roll packaging:
Small roll packaging usually refers to rolling the paper into a smaller roll according to the meter length required by the customer, and wrapping it with a special plastic film. This form of packaging is easy to handle and store, especially when space is limited or paper needs to be replaced frequently. Small roll packaging is also convenient for users to take according to actual needs, reducing waste. Visually, small roll packaging is usually more refined and can enhance the overall texture of the product.

Large roll packaging:
Large roll packaging refers to rolling the paper into larger rolls according to customer needs, and also using plastic film for wrapping. This form of packaging is usually used where large amounts of paper are required, such as large printing plants or factory production lines. Large roll packaging can reduce the number of paper changes and improve production efficiency. Visually, large roll packaging is often more atmospheric and can reflect the scale effect of the product.

During the transportation of goods, we divide it into palletizing and non-palletizing:
Palletizing refers to placing packaged paper on pallets for transportation and storage. The palletized paper is more stable and less likely to move or be damaged during transportation. Not palletizing means stacking the packaged papers directly on top of each other. This method saves the cost of pallets, but may require more care during transportation and storage to avoid damage.

Pallet wrapping film:
The palletized paper is usually fixed and protected using stretch film. The stretch film can tightly wrap the entire pallet, making it difficult for the paper to loosen or slip during transportation. At the same time, the stretch film can also play a certain role in moisture-proof and dust-proof, and protect the quality of the paper.

Introduction to plug:
Gugs are devices used at each end of a paper roll to secure and protect the edges of the paper. Plugs are usually made of plastic or metal and have a certain degree of hardness and wear resistance. Using plugs can effectively prevent paper from curling or being damaged during transportation and storage, ensuring the flatness and quality of the paper.

Customized carton introduction:
Customized cartons are packaging cartons that are tailor-made according to the customer’s specific needs and paper specifications. This carton adapts perfectly to the shape and size of the paper, providing optimal protection. At the same time, customized cartons can also be personalized according to the customer’s brand image and market positioning to enhance the overall image and competitiveness of the product. On the customized cartons, relevant product information, brand logos and slogans can also be printed.
