 Thermal sublimation transfer printing is a new process that prints images, landscapes, texts, and other graphic designs in mirror-image mode using inkjet printer loaded with sublimation ink on sublimation transfer paper, and then heats the paper to around 200℃ through thermal transfer printing equipment.

 The sublimation ink on the paper will then penetrate into the substrate in the form of gasification, thus transferring the image colors on the paper onto textiles,  metal and other materials vividly.

Introduction to ues：

 （1）The temperature range for heat transfer printing is about 180-230℃, and the time is about 10-30 seconds.

 Before the formal batch transfer printing, a small test should be conducted to determine the best process parameters

 （2）During the heat transfer printing, the heat pressing surface must be closely attached to the heat pressing surface, the transfer paper, and the surface of the substrate, without any gaps.

 Otherwise, the transferred image and text may become blurred.

Thermal sublimation transfer printing produces bright and rich colors for images and texts, comparable to printing effects.

 The process involves heating the sublimation ink to sublimate and penetrate into the object at high temperatures, and then condensing to form a bright and colorful image.  Therefore, thermal transfer printed products are durable, with images that do not peel, crack, or fade.
